You will be part of the Talent and Leadership Development Team which oversees the development of our leaders and top talents within the organisation.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for administering talent management processes to identify and manage talent for the organisation. [What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Scholarship Team which oversees the selection and management of pre-service scholars and award holders.

As part of the team, you will lead the policy review and oversee operations in the area of selection (e.g. short-listing and interview of potential scholars) and scholars’ management (e.g. providing advice to scholars in the area of academics and overseeing administrative matters pertaining to scholars). You will also be engaging industry partners to create internship opportunities for the scholars and award holders. You will work closely with the Public Transport Operators to develop and implement talent attraction schemes under the Rail Manpower Development Package and ensure that the disbursement of funding is in accordance with the guidelines.

[What you will be working on]

You will carry out design review of the electrical reticulation scheme for LTA’s Power Supply infrastructure. This involves providing engineering support for projects, system development, as well as keeping abreast of the latest trends in vehicle technologies and working with the relevant agencies in the development and administration of the Electric Vehicle Charging System (EVCS) regulatory framework and associated national standards. You will provide technical support to incident investigations in Power Supply infrastructure and keep abreast with operation and maintenance works.

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in designing and supervising high voltage and low voltage reticulation schemes. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Resourceful with good writing and presentation skills

• Knowledge and relevant experience in EVCS operations and development would be advantageous
• Knowledge of vehicle technology will be advantageous

[What you will be working on]

We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join the Electronic Parking System (EPS) team to be part of the car park CEPAS transaction acquiring business.

You will be required to support the LTA acquiring system in the area of stakeholder engagement in which you will need to liaise and work with external stakeholder such as Car Park Owners/Operators (CPOs), System Integrators, members of the public, vendors and internal LTA stakeholders to facilitate the works necessary for future car park upgrading. You will oversee the managing of CPOs and involved in managing the contractual and day-to-day operational (e.g. processing CPOs’ claims) matters. You will also be involved in the development and testing of the LTA acquiring system.

• Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administrations, or equivalent

This position requires you to understand business needs and partner with the different group management staff to lead the overall HR strategy and provide strategic advisory services and solutions to support the business. Working together with the senior line management staff, you will implement HR initiatives and best practices that align with the business strategy; engaging them in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation, rewards and talent management and development. In addition, you may be assigned to other Centre of Excellence portfolio such as review of code of conduct matters including handling disciplinary cases as well as partnership with Union on management of industrial-relations matters.
