• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions with the help of an HR executive
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including search, selection and retention of the right staff
• Handle work pass applications for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of foreign staff
• Highly knowledgeable in current regulations and compliance requirements from the relevant authorities and able to assess impact of changing regulations on the workplace
• Continue to improve and develop the HR function, processes and procedures and also capable of supporting ISO audit requirements
• Responsible for group health insurance scheme and submission of insurance claims
• Source and administer suitable training programmes for employees and apply for training grants
• Manage employee relations and welfare plus monitor external issues
• Responsible for all mandatory HR surveys and reports
• Organize staff recreational events and team bonding activities
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience, ASEAN/international expertise an advantage
• Personal qualities will be important; high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive practical problem solving and a team player
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment platform/portals.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 1 years in HR and Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Diploma or equivalent in HR or Business-related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates.
• CEI certification is a plus but not required.
