Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing / Dessert & Pastries
• Position Title: Operations Manager
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the establishment.
• Support behind-the-scenes activities and other operational functions such as customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing tills, ordering inventory, and handling office paperwork.
• Manage inventory, resource requisitions, and purchases.
• Oversee staff recruitment and training.
• Implement strategies to improve staff morale and motivation.
• Ensure food standards and quality control are maintained.
• Analyze the establishment’s performance and review operational processes to find opportunities for innovation, technology application, and work process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on customer profiles.
• Submit proposals to management for improvements to the establishment, such as process improvements, repairs, and renovations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in management position in the F&B or retail chain industry.
• Adaptive to fast-paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
