Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

● Strong service orientation and team spirit, with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of internal customers.

● Proficiency in Chinese is required as this role requires frequent internal collaboration with Chinese-speaking colleagues in HQ.

Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities:

• · Minimum a Bartender BTEC Certification Level 3 or its equivalent.
• · Knowledge of wine will be added advantage.
• · Extensive bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• · Proficiency in creating classic and contemporary cocktails.
• · Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
