Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day helpdesk operations such as attending tickets, and walk-in requests via Zoom, email or any other telecommunication channel.
• Take part in the ad-hoc project and special tasks related to IT Asset Management Validation activity for eg: replacing labeling/stickers at user’s workstations.
• Configure and set up new laptops, setup and ensure all of the new laptop is ready to be provisioned.
• Attendnew joiner’s onboarding and also staff’s offboarding.
• Help in maintaining the IT assets in a proper and tidy manner.
• Assist IT Security by helping to update outdated Antivirus at users’ workstations and assist in rectifying the issues reported by regional IT Security.
• Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum A Levels/ Diploma in Information Technology/ Others
• Strong interest in data visualization and willing to learn analytical tools such as Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong/good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in the presentation
• Commit 3- 6 months

Responsibilities

· Work closely with UAT Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
· Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
· Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
· Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
· Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
· Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
· Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
· Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
· Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing.

Requirements

· At least 1+ years of experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Strong analytical skill
· Attention to details
· Has knowledge in at least on one of the following:
- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking),
- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet, SWIFT)
- Payments (e.g. Domestic Wire, Cross Border Wire, G3 Bulk Payment, G3 FAST)
- Liquidity (e.g. Sweeping and Pooling)
- Statements (e.g. MT940, Camt)
- APIs
