Primary Job Purpose:

The Swimming Pathways Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the National Swimming Pathway Programs, with a specific focus on SwimSingapore Initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring that the Centralized Assessment Management System (CAMS) is efficiently integrated to enhance the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of national swimming pathways education and assessment processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Supervision:
