Job Description:

• The Go to Person on ERP IT support including CRM & WMS software
• Manage Information Technology and Computer Systems
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Troubleshooting, testing, and repairing any equipment or software malfunctions that may occur
• Ensuring that the communication system meets all safety regulations and standards.
• Ensuring that all equipment and installations are in compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Seek and propose new technology in responding to the company’s strategy and improve overall IT functions.
• Ensure smooth daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications.
• Liaising with other departments, determining and addressing their IT needs and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset-related technologies.
• Manage IT vendors / Managed services providers and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Contribute to the development of IT strategies to align with the organizational strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Good knowledge on ERP IT system such as SAP, Oracle, Exact Globe or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as on-site IT Manager for a mid-size company
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

• Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure

Requirements;

• Proven knowledge of Apps administration, Microsoft Windows, service desk and network administration is necessary
• Working knowledge of in-house computer networks and the ability to explain complex systems and the changes made necessary to identify upgrades is an asset.
• Experience in Web development, virus removal, cleaning infected hard drives and stripping hardware after a security breach occurs
