Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support for Learning Devices:

- Assist students with using their Personal Learning Devices, including:

- Managing student and staff devices.

- Monitoring student iPads and managing related settings in the Device Management Application.

- Providing technical support to students, including logging service requests with the provider.

Media Production Assistance:

- Support media production for school events and external activities, including:

- Taking photos and videos using school-owned equipment.

- Creating videos and photo montages using software such as iMovie, Photoshop, or equivalent.

- Setting up and managing equipment for live streaming or online broadcasts/meetings.

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

- Plan, prepare, and conduct lessons on media production and digital productivity, covering:

- Basic skills in using digital cameras or equivalent equipment.

- Videography processes and production stages (e.g., filming, editing, inserting subtitles, using a green screen, and teleprompter).

- Digital productivity tools like Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites, Forms, Drive), Microsoft Office, and Canva.

- Other digital literacy skills as determined by the school.

Collaboration with the ICT Technical Team:

- Work with the ICT team on:

- Preparing and troubleshooting ICT equipment in classrooms, computer labs, broadcasting rooms, and other special rooms.

- Assisting in the management and tracking of the school's ICT/AV equipment and resources (e.g., iPads, MacBooks, cameras, printers, microphones), ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production or any other relevant certification.

Minimum one year of working experience in managing ICT systems, equipment and media production. Experience in school-related environment is preferred.

Job Requirement:

• 5 years of experience related to information security and working knowledge of ICT operations, security policies and procedures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to provide support to end users.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and resourcefulness as well as a keen interest in problem-solving.
• Experience in cybersecurity in government and non-profit organisations is preferred.

• Perform part replacements as directed by the technical support lab. This includes the timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation, part return within 24 hours of the events.

- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

- Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
