Salary
- Full time: $2000 - $3000/month
- Relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory. It will be taken into account when proposing remuneration.

- Probation period of 1 month prior to confirmation of full time position
- No experience required (training will be provided) but prior experience will be advantageous
- Food hygiene certification (preferred)
Working hours:
- 5.5 day work week (44h)
- Opening hours: 9am to 5pm daily (closed on Mondays)
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing and assisting in baking according to SOPs
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens and mixers, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Monitoring inventory and inform when stocks are running low
- Washing of trays and moulds and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Packing of baked goods into boxes
- Sorting orders for self-collection and delivery
- Entertaining walk-in purchases including simple cashiering
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service by answering questions about the product
- Supporting cleanup duties to ensure the bakery remains tidy, organised, and ready for the next day's production
- Delegate tasks to other employee(s) and oversee the baking and retail components of the bakery
- Any other relevant task as required by management
