As a Videographer and editor, you will be part of a team that specialises in crafting and curating high-impact content. Role: 

• You will be responsible for the ideation, development and production of video content.
• You own the entire process and production of video content, low-touch and at scale, from ideation of creative concepts, pitching them to the team and client, to editing and exporting them for publishing.
• Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and monitor editing of all outgoing video content, ensuring that they are optimised and properly specced for the platforms they are published on.

• 2+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience, 
• Proficiency in using specific editing software packages, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. 
• A good understanding of motion graphics, who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop and Illustrator) depending on the occasion.

• Responsible for the review of laboratory metrics to identify initiatives as well as establish additional metrics such as cost savings that are associated with process improvement initiatives.
• Partners with stakeholders on process improvement initiatives to present projects and ensure that goals are met.
• Independently identifies and evaluates vendor platforms to that may help meet goals of the initiatives.
• Determines resourcing needs to ensure effective delivery.
• May act as a back up in any area of daily laboratory operations.
• Responsible for ensuring operations meet quality guidelines.
• Ensures timely and appropriate resolution of CAPA and quality incidents, quality and compliance metrics, root cause analysis and improvement.
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
• Assists in establishment and revision of laboratory policies and procedures. Maintains appropriate control and quality assurance procedures. Ensures compliance with safety requirements.
• Keeps abreast of new technical developments. Assist with implementation of new tests, equipment, programs and/or procedures in the assigned area(s) as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality of services and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree on healthcare-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others, as well as navigating challenges in operational and people matters.
• Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.
• Strong understanding of specific area of responsibility. Understanding of operations and methods. Knowledge of study set up and cross functional/system dependencies.
• In depth knowledge of testing procedures and applicable laboratory testing regulations.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles and in depth knowledge of company-specific program requirements.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health rules and regulations.
• In depth knowledge of clinical testing procedures and applicable laboratory testing regulations.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Role purpose

• To Learn and acquire knowledge and skills for the formulation lab for agrochemical industry.
• To support the Lab Team lead in the day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control related
• activities for ensuring efficient execution of Site quality system.
• Support to Quality to drive lab vision, ensure execution of lab vision to meet company business and production requirement.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for performing and documenting analytical procedures in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Assists in troubleshooting and process improvements to increase data quality, lower costs, or reduce turnaround times to include, updating standard procedures, assisting with troubleshooting.
• Acts as a technical resource for laboratory staff and support the team in the absence of the line manager.
• Performs routine data analysis to determine if an analytical procedure is proceeding according to expectations and that the results are within acceptable tolerances.
• Identifies and documents potential performance errors or otherwise unusual results and escalates to senior lab personnel.
• Prepares data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under the guidance of senior level staff.
• Contributes to CAPA investigations, deviations, and resolution.
• Responsible for clear, accurate, and timely communications with cross functional stakeholders.
• Assists in maintaining laboratory equipment and may offer suggestions for new equipment.
• Assists in good housekeeping of the lab environment, consistent with 6S standards.
• Assists in maintaining adequate inventory.
• Responsible for preparation of buffers and solutions for analysis, as required.
• Performs and documents calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare-related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Sound knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in job area.
• Working knowledge of any applicable regulatory standards within area of responsibility.
• Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques (Flow Cytometry).
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures and practices including standard precautions and hazardous chemical handling.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex testing procedures and science supporting the analysis.
• Proficiency with complex laboratory calculations regarding batches and specimens.
• Ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and resolve process issues.
• Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
