DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a dynamic team to spearhead efforts to develop bus infrastructure such as bus depots and integrated transport hubs and leading the implementation of electric chargers at our bus infrastructure to support the deployment of electric public bus fleet. You will work closely with government agencies, technical professionals, and public transport operators to plan, review and develop these infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will spearhead the masterplan, design and implementation of electric chargers at our bus infrastructure. Functions include:
• Shape strategy for the electrification of bus infrastructure such as bus depots and interchanges, including charging infrastructure capabilities and critical technologies to be developed to complement electric bus operations.
• Study initiatives and perform technology scans, market engagement, etc as part of the overall thrust to improve charging capabilities with operation and maintenance interests in mind
• Track and manage electric charger system procurement and implementation at the bus infrastructure
• Develop the next generation Charging Station Management System (CSMS) that enhances operational flexibility and maintainability
[What we are looking for]
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in project management or charger-related industry
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; you may be required to work on multiple initiatives in the same period
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Keen interest in industry trends and technology developments and electric vehicle charging systems will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
• Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
