Job Description:

· Collaborate with stakeholders of YEA & LCO Business marketers, LCO sales & sales coordinators, BPO Agent and Yokogawa prospects to implement lead development activities in YEA region effectively

· Train and mentor BPO Agents or In-House resources remotely located including motivating and challenging the team to produce excellent results

· Develop and implement inside sales marketing processes for smooth handling of qualified leads and work closely with stakeholders to improve the processes continuously

Job Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication

· Minimum 3 to 5 years product marketing experience preferably with exposure to Yokogawa products

· Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to engage customers and key regional stake holders (LCO Sales) in Southeast Asia region

· Experience in Co-ordinating with remotely located team or exposure to culture of BPO Agents in Philippines or other low cost countries in South East Asia

• Working as part of a team of lawyers who support the Wealth Managed Investments business, providing legal support, advice and guidance in respect of Managed Investments products and services and applicable regulations while advising on the regulatory change agenda;
• Advising on management of legal risk, reputational risk, responsible business practices and client experience as well as interpretation and implementation of applicable regulations and Citi policies re Managed Investments matters.
• This involves being Legal counsel to the:Wealth Managed Investments business and its business initiatives.
  Citi Investment Management (CIM) business, portfolio managers and traders on tailored portfolio management solutions for CIM clients.
  Global Managed Investments business on issues arising from the distribution of third-party mutual funds.

  Citi Investment Management (CIM) business, portfolio managers and traders on tailored portfolio management solutions for CIM clients.

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Lead Android Developer (Kotlin)

What will you do?

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable Android applications using Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK.
• Collaborate with project leads and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and prioritize features.
• Establish best practices and coding standards for Android development, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that team members follow established coding practices and guidelines.
• Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience (8+ years) in Android development with a strong emphasis on Java/Kotlin programming language.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing complex Android applications, with a deep understanding of the Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of multithreading concepts, ensuring that the application UI is responsive while leveraging background threads for long running tasks
• Strong understanding on thread synchronization techniques
• Experience in implementing efficient background processing strategies to minimize battery consumption, network usage.
• Experience in monitoring and analysing application performance metrics related to threading and background processing for optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
