• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes both on-page and off-page optimization.
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization.
• Optimize website content and meta tags for search engines.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure the website stays optimized.

• Ensure that the website is easily navigable and user-friendly.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Knowledge of link-building techniques and experience with outreach and link acquisition.
• Experience with paid search (PPC) and how it can complement SEO efforts is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with website development and CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of Google's search algorithm and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that business processess run smoothly. For example, Check and ensure timely recording/process of all investment transactions and scrutinize daily trades submitted by financial advisory firms and financial institutions
• Comfortable with liaising with external counterparties, including Banks and Fund Managers

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management while also overseeing office management, corporate event planning, and secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Provide high-level administrative assistance to the senior stakeholders including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate travel itineraries and event schedules for the senior management.
• Organize corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Act as a primary point of contact between the executives and both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Project Administration Management:

• Lead and manage a team of project administrators to ensure efficient project operations, including overseeing timelines, documentation, and coordination between departments.
• Oversee project workflows and ensure administrative support aligns with project goals and deadlines.

Office Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, productive working environment.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Plan and execute corporate events such as company meetings, team-building activities, and industry-related events.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with experience in office management and corporate events.
• Prior experience managing administrative or project support staff in the construction, design, or engineering industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with efficiency.
