Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
Responsible for e-commerce business planning in Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) by developing and implementing the Company's strategic planning and annual business goals in the region, achieving sales and profit targets.
2. Marketing and Campaign Management
Analyse market trends, customers behaviors, cultural customs, laws and regulations of Southeast Asia market, leading the marketing team to formulate and implement an integrated marketing plan for the Southeast Asian market using social media, search engines, advertising, live broadcasts and any other channels to increase business volume and business visibility, as well as coordinating the promotion of independent domains and APPs.
3. Platform and Channel Management
Leads the operation of e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon, etc.,
Responsible for the construction, optimization and promotion of independent stations, including but not limited to independent station page design optimization, content updates, SEO optimization, etc.
Coordinate the entire process of product display, details page optimization, order processing, logistics and distribution coordination on independent domains and APPs, and explore traffic resources in Southeast Asia to improve user experience and conversio rates to achieve business growth.
4. Leadership and Guidance
Establish, train and manage e-commerce teams, including operations, promotion, customer service and other personnel; drive business innovation and decision-making through data analysis, enhancing the overall combat effectiveness of the team, accurately grasp the needs and behavioral characteristics of Southeast Asian users, and timely adjust the design and design of products based on user feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, at least 1 year of experience in pet related operations preferred
- Have comprehensive e-commerce operation and management capabilities, and independently be responsible for the promotion, operation and maintenance of websites and platforms.
- Be proficient in using data analysis tools, make reasonable decisions based on data.
- Innovative and high adaptability to quickly adjust strategies in complex market environments and keep up with market traffic dynamics in Southeast Asia
- Familiar with the Southeast Asia market
