About This Role:-

The CRO is a senior executive responsible for the effective independent oversight of AsiaNext Exchange’s risks, under the direction of the Board of Directors. The CRO’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement a risk management framework with appropriate tools for the measurement, reporting and control of AsiaNext’s financial and non-financial risks. The CRO, with input from the CEO and management, will develop a risk appetite framework (as per the Board’s stated risk tolerance) expressed in a limit structure for all Exchange services. • As Head of exchange-wide risk management, the CRO will be responsible for the overall risk management framework and practices at the Exchange. Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cash balances and assist in cash flow projections to ensure sufficient funds to meet ongoing operational requirements.
• Assist in cash management execution to meet liquidity needs for APAC region.
• Assist to process and execute payments as per group guideline and cut-off time of all banks.
• Execute Forex (FX) fixing and monitor Forex (FX) hedging settlement for various currencies.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely payment of principal and interest payment of Current Account Savings Account (CASA), Syndicated Loans, and Fixed Deposit.
• Responsible for account opening and closure, evaluating bank account access against bank mandate and establishing connectivity on both SWIFT and E-banking platform.
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for treasury operations and banking related matters/issues.
• Actively engage in digitalisation, innovation and simplification initiatives/projects to further automation and enhance efficiency within treasury operation and across functional teams and offices.
• Facilitate KYC (Know Your Customer) review with various banks for new bank onboarding, ongoing periodical review, and funding requirement exercise.
• Assist in specific projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Economics
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Operations in Banking, Financial or Investment industry
• Good to have experience in Commodity Business.
• Good to have familiarity with Banking Processes, Payments, Forex (FX), Loans, Deposits and Cash Management.
• Proficiency in Treasury Software like Power BI, Excel etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to details.

He/She is responsible to perform all functions related to the Executive Floor operation and guest relations to create and upkeep a pleasant experience for guests by rendering warm and personalized services at all times. Duties & Responsibilities

· Attend to all guests’ enquiries and requests on hotel facilities / services, tourist information / tours, self-service launderette, photocopy service, foreign currencies, retail shop, community workshops and so on.

· Carry out pre-arrival activities which includes, but not limit to, preparing welcome letters for VIPs and Executive Club guests, issuing meal and welcome drink coupons, efficient room assignment, charge Non-Refundable Deposit bookings, check correspondences are attached accordingly.

· Check and ensure all assigned rooms are prepared according to the Hotel’s standard and all necessary amenities and guest supplies are properly extended.

· Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure especially in the lobby and at the main entrance.

· Escort guest to reception counter, perform check-in and check-out or in-room check-in for VIPs. Explain the necessary guest’s entitlements and promote in-house facilities.

· Perform daily due-out, extension of stay, late checkout, no-show, room and rate change based on established procedures.

· Show and sell rooms to potential guests, such as walk-in guests, and take room reservations, up-sell rooms and other products whenever possible.

· Carry out transactions, while adhering to hotel’s accounting and controlling procedure, in different modes of payment such as cash, credit/charged card, corporate account, vouchers, and post transactions accurately to ensure accountability of guest’s expenses. Prepare documents accordingly.

· Issue keycards and related vouchers (e.g. carpark coupons, complimentary drink vouchers) based on the established procedures.
