• Responsible for outlet workforce arrangement, manage outlet recruitment and training; scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of the workforce to Director of the company regularly
• Good knowledge about all menu, able to explain clearly to team members during training
• Ensure correct revenue charging via the P.O.S. machine. This encompasses control of guest checks, voids, new item input and closing reports.
• Understand our key brand ethos, target market and demographic, and approach in-venues/ activations with this in mind.
• Help with ad-hoc social media and marketing to promote the company’s brand via the company’s social media channel.
• Making sure venue marketing / events are planned ahead of time, alongside higher management.
• Replying email/ enquiry for events & marketing related in a timely manner, to ensure capturing events for the outlet.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Roles and responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.

- Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

- Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.

- Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.

- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.

- Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.-~ Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.

- Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.

- Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.

- Submit weekly and monthly cash flow and project reports

Qualification

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines

- Min 8 to 10 years of experience in similar capacity with extensive knowledge in steel, glass and building envelopes.

- Must have the competency to manage and lead project team

- Able to support tendering activities

- Able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

Managing the regional operation with the direction of the General Manager on day to day business of the outlets and regional profit and loss performance.

Outlets Management

• Outlet sales budget (or target) management; and management of KPIs.
• Outlet cost control: Labour cost, food cost, operating cost; e.g. utilities, disposable products and others.
• Improving on outlet operation flow and SOP manual.
• Improving on outlet promotion and marketing activities.
• Well versed in menu and operations, train and lead the team to achieve higher performance.
• Handling or dealing with customer feedback, complaint and comment in a professional way.

People Management

• Involving team members recruitment and hiring.
• Conduct and review training such as orientation, on the job training (OJT) and others.
• Monitor team members’ training progress and performance evaluation.

Cash Management

• Ensure outlet cash sales bank in accordingly.
• Manage monthly outlet petty cash reimbursement.

Other

• Plan and conduct monthly outlet meeting with target and action plan.
• Monthly outlet performance analysis and audit, analysis and action plan.
• Ensure outlets compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation, e.g. labour laws, hygiene standards, licenses for business, liquor and others.

• Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
• Participate in planning weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan.
• Trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including hiring, promotion, demotion and vacation leave
• Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant.
• Handles customers' feedback promptly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managed investments for single family office

· Research various fund structures and alternative investments

· Prepare market and monthly performance reports for investors

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on investment opportunities and prepare investment reports for decision-making purposes

· Perform due diligence, lead investments negotiations, and coordinate legal aspects

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred

· Preferable at least 15 years of relevant working experience in the stock exchange (US & HK market) or public equity investment background

· Strong quantitative and financial modelling background with hands on experience on building tactical asset allocation models

· Strong communication skills (English & Chinese) to liaise with Chinese-speaking director(s)
