Job Description:
*Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
*Lead and mentor production staff, including machine operators, line workers, and quality control personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
*Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all production team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
*Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.
*Ensure that all production areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Implement and enforce sanitation procedures.
*Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in food production. Implement improvements to enhance production processes.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
