Key Responsibilities

• The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and SWCs and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M.
• Managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design approval process and TFP/TOP process.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Recognized Engineering Degree, and at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
• Able to hold and take charge of coordination meetings across design teams.
• Strong in communication between cross-functional teams.
• Able to work alt sat work week.

The Architectural Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of all Archi related work aspects in the site in compliance with regulatory and project requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Plan, implement and track the Archi Monitoring Program ensuring timely progress of activities in order to meet project completion deadlines.
• Oversee and ensure high levels of safety, health and environment on site.
• Oversee and ensure high level quality control of Archi works.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to amicably resolve construction issues.
• Manageweekly progress and coordination meetings with Architects, M&E and Sub-contractors to ensure timely progress of planned Archi Site Works.
