Ability to use general housekeeping codes to indicate room readiness.
• EIWO (Everything In Working Order) - The ability to inspect and identify guest room components (e.g., light bulbs, remote control, air conditioning units, toilets, appliances, vacuums) for functional deficiencies. This includes reporting procedures.
• Environmental Sustainability – Knowledge of products and procedures that reduce, recycle or reuse natural resources such as bed linen and towel re-use programs.
• Preventative Maintenance - Knowledge of general cleaning programs and policies to extend the life of materials and areas. For example, knowledge of carpet, tile, and floor care including daily cleaning, heavy extraction, and interim cleaning.

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day full sets accounting functions as assigned.
• Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed within the given timeline.
• Supporting relevant business departments and preparing monthly financial reports and analysis, forecast reviews and annual budgets for departments.
• Review and maintain record for capex for new / replacement of fixed asset requisition.
• Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required.
• Participating in and providing project support in the areas of accounting integration activities, system and process improvement and change initiatives.
• Analysing, summarising and interpreting data from CRM systems and financial management systems to perform meaningful analysis for forecasting and budgeting.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.

We are looking for a SEO Specialist who will take personal responsibility for the success of new and existing clients' SEO campaigns and make them his or her own. In this position, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for all tasks related to clients' SEO campaigns including keyword research, SEO audit, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimisation and tracking of keywords performance.

The SEO Specialist is required to participate in all aspects of the client's campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Keyword research, SEO audit, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimisation, tracking of keywords performance, content optimisation and social syndication
• Work closely with Content Strategist and Sales Team
• Generate regular reports with recommendations
• Proactively contribute to account strategy and provide recommendations to meet clients' goals
• Responding to clients' emails and call
• Maintain knowledge of industry news including changes to current practices
• Knowledge of data analysis using Google Analytic/Google Search Console will give the candidate a competitive edge

Requirements:

• STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
• Experience in a SEO related role
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Probation Period:

This position includes a 6 months probationary period to assess mutual compatibility within the job role.
