• Oversee annual SHE performance goals, lead and manage the SHE team, and ensure contractor safety leading to zero harm.
• Engage with customers and internal staff on SHE matters, provide advice on controls and protective equipment, and regularly review SHE systems for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external entities to maintain licenses, permits, and certificates and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of People – APAC, the People Generalist/Manager supports the People Team in providing an efficient and professional experience for all employees of RRA in APAC.
