We are a food stall looking for a hark working, committed and motivated individual to join our team.

The job responsibilities include,

• Food preparation: Assisting with food preparation, which may include washing, chopping, measuring, toasting, and heating food
• Customer service: Taking orders, providing friendly service, and addressing customer needs
• Cashiering: Operating a cash register or point of sale (POS) system to process orders and payments
• Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness of the stall, including the work area, tables, utensils, and equipment
• Food safety: Following food hygiene and safety standards
• Collaboration: Working with other team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Packaging: Packaging food for takeaways
• Stocking: Restocking ingredients, supplies, and condiment. Candidates are required to ocassionally load and unload sacks of rice of at least 20kg each.
• Presentation: Ensuring food is presented attractively and portions are consistent with company standards
• Stall operations: Assisting the stall manager with all aspects of the store's operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen assistant role is a plus, though not required
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training may be provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in food preparation
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
