Our Clinic has attended to the medical needs of the international community since its establishment. At Tanglin Medical Clinic, we seek to provide the highest level of professional and personalised medical care for all our patients. Being a single doctor practice, we hope to retain the essence of a true family clinic.

We are looking for a clinic receptionist cum assistant to join our 2 other staff and a manager. This person must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant personality, is honest and most importantly a team player. Able to communicate well and have some computer skills.

Duties Include:

Registering patients, taking appointments

Carry out some administrative duties and answering phone calls

Prepare and dispense medications when required

Monitor drug stock levels

Assisting the doctor with procedures when required

Typing of medical reports using standard formatting

And some other duties the management deems fit from time to time.

Job requirement:

Experience preferred. Training will be provided.

Language spoken:

Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking patients.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 1.00pm

Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:00 noon

We are closed on Sundays and All Public Holidays

Job Description:

- Provide Foot massage and Body massage

- Good relationship & attitude with customer

- Have knowledge of the procedures and benefits of foot massage

Job Requirement:

- Able to commit top weekend or Public Hoilday

- Posses at least ITEC/NITEC/WSQ on Singapore certified massage certification

- Able to commit shift work if require.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations and administration of all the clinics

• involve in the strategic planning and implementation of new services as well as quality improvements projects to enhance patient care and services.

• Manage staff training and development

• Inventory control and stock take

• May be required to travel to respective medical centres as part of the job scope.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any disciplines

• Good communication skills

• Register, maintain vendor management file and update Approved Vendor List.
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase equipment, operation/office supplies and other company related services from both local and international vendors.

· Conduct thorough assessments of vendors' capabilities, including their reliability, performance history, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

· Prepare regular reports and vendor evaluation on vendor performance, cost optimization, and risk management for senior management.

· Facilitate quotations and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring seamless contract start-ups and renewals.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.

• Monitor and track expenditures related to procurement activities, ensuring financial compliance and resource optimization.

· Analyze vendor costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, such as supply chain disruptions or compliance issues.

· Understand our internal control guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures and execute the controls conscientiously

· Co-ordinate with respective departments on all purchasing related matters.

· Assist in preparation of ISO external and internal audits.

· Update and file internal orders and purchase orders systematically and ensure that delivery order and invoice are matched against our purchase order and internal order before submitting to Finance Department for processing

· Perform vendor management annual housekeeping exercise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management software.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results-driven Aesthetics Clinic Manager to drive the clinic in terms of sales & revenue, operations, logistics and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of clinic staff
• Achieve clinic monthly goals and objectives
• In charge for planning, coordinating, managing, monitoring and evaluation for efficient and effective delivery of clinical operations and patient flow
• Champion high standards of patient care by implementing strategies and plans
• Oversee recruitment, manpower, training and supervision for all clinic staff
• Ensure all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception, registration, enquiries and scheduling of appointments are well taken care of

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in consultant/manager role will be advantageous
