Job Description

• Massage customers and administers other body treatments in accordance with standards.
• Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
• Maintain high level of professional customer service.
• Create excellent guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room.

Requirements

• Communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
• Require to work 6 days a week.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays
• Positive attitude, hardworking and good teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and procedures.
• Manage the onboarding process for new corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Proactively identify and address any KYC related issues to ensure a seamless and compliant customer onboarding experience.

skills and experience required

• At least 2 years of experience in KYC onboarding operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
