Responsibilities:

• To prepare the statutory accounts, Head Office report, corporate tax schedules, GST quarterly submission.
• To help in liaising with tax agent on corporate tax, ACAP review and transfer pricing document review.
• To monitor and report to HOD for changes/updates in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards including updating of procedure manual. Relevant laws such as Banking Act, Income Tax Act, Goods & Services Tax Act, Company Act etc.
• To support in the implementation of new or changes to the above.
• To support daily accounts operations duties such as journal input, system operation and other daily routine duties.
• To support any work-related duties assigned by HOD from time to time.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of working experience in accounting department with accounting, corporate tax schedules and GST quarterly preparation/submission experience for any industry
• Good communication skill and proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1 Level) to work closely with stakeholders in Japan Head Office (Tokyo).
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferable familiar with Bank’s statutory accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure kitted jobs release to production are correct such as part numbers and material requirement as stated in the job router.
• Follow and observe proper FIFO (First In First Out) of materials.
• Maintain proper material labelling and stocks recording.

• Perform cut to length process in accordance with the Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) and SA0379 document.
• Keep records for the kitted jobs for future reference and easy traceability.
• Perform line clearance and ensure cleanliness of kitting room.

In this role, you will be supporting Clinical Division Lead(s) in driving and coordinating the processes for researching and developing the new clinical care model and service plans, in particular new models of care which leverage digital and mobile care technologies.

You will contribute to the development and execution of the nesting plan, initiatives, and strategies for the new hospital.
