1. PURCHASE AND CONTROL OF THE COMPANY'S INVENTORY (JAPANESE DRIED, CHILLED AND FROZEN FOODSTUFF.

2. RESPOND ACTIVELY TO ENQUIRIES AND FEEDBACK.

3. LIAISE WITH VARIOUS JAPANESE VENDORS AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS FOR THE LUNCH OF VARIOUS FOOD FAIRS HERE IN SINGAPORE.

4. COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SPEEDY EXECUTION OF CUSTOMERS' PROJECTS.

5. SET UP AND MAINTAIN THE COMPANY'S E-COMMERCE WEBSITE

6. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WITH BUDGET PROPOSALS, PROJECTION OF SALES FORECAST AS WELL AS EDUCATING STAFF OF THE COMPANY'S OBJECTIVES AND DIRECTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:

• Arrange, restock, monitor, report all stock levels and to ensure company products receive high level of visual merchandising with ample stocks in supermarkets.
• Manage stock freshness at all stores.
• Build good working relationship with supermarket managers and staff.
• Ensure that promotion programs are carried out in accordance to company specs.
• Assist in company atrium’s roadshows when required
• Able to handle English, Mandarin & Dialect speaking customers when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作要求:

• Possesses at least O Level or equivalent.
• Min 2 year of working experience in related field
• Own vehicle preferred
• A good team player and possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, honest and able to work independently
• Fast and efficient, comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task, meticulous, with an eye for detail.
