[What you will be working on]
You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Workplace Innovation Team. In this role, you will be part of the team to identify and drive initiatives that align with SportSG’s workplace transformation strategy. This may involve work in the areas of process innovation, change management, organisational development and culture building.
In this role, you will,
Identify areas of alignment and misalignment between an organisation’s strategies and its current and desired culture
Manage internal communications to drive engagement and support organization transformation changes.
Identify process improvement opportunities that align with SportSG’s Transformation approach. Lead key process improvement projects, as identified in TO’s workplan,
Design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of medium-scale change and transitions.
Lead analysis to identify patterns in data, explore correlations, transformation of data to derive insights and recommendations.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
Background in Organisation Development or Business Process Re-engineering
Familiar with government-wide process in Public Service Transformation (PST), Corporate and Operational functions
Have lead transformation projects that involve multiple teams across the organization
Project management experience
Possess a strong desire and will for #TransformingTheWayWeWork to create an #ExcellentSportSG
Possess a positive, generative, collaborative mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and resourceful
Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with people at different levels, from operational staff to senior management
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance.
