Job Description:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the commercial/residential estate.
· Provide essential customer service support to the residents or occupants.
· Manage the duties and performance of the technical and administrative staff at the estate.
· Regularly inspect and maintain the facilities and assets of the assigned site at highest standard as expected by the Council or Building Owner.
· Supervise the quality of work done by service providers for lift maintenance, landscaping, security, fire safety and car park management etc.
· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out in accordance with specifications and comply with statutory requirements for buildings.
· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance coverage before contract expiry, conduct the necessary procurement process and negotiate with vendors before appointment/renewal.
· Plan and co-ordinate Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings, draft and publish meeting minutes within stipulated timelines.
· Prepare Progress Reports in a professional and timely manner.
· Conduct daily checks within the premises to report and remove any fire hazard that is found within the premises.
Job Requirements:
· Good knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act to serve as advisor to Council on compliance issues.
· Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified.
· Possess recognized qualification as indicated and registered with SCDF
· Effective communication skills, both written & spoken.
· Able to handle pressure and multi-task.
· Detail-oriented to handle administrative work.
· Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office suite, Gmail, shared drives.
· Good-natured, able to get along well with people easily.
· At least 3 years' experience in condominium/building management.
Salary will commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
