• Ability to administer user account e.g. creating, deleting, or updating user account information, assigning user access rights, resetting passwords.

• Ability to administration and management of server and its software such as installation, backup, maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Strong in two or more of the following areas: Managing GPO, DNS and DHCP; Managing CyberArk for on premises and privilege cloud; Managing Microsoft certificate authority (CA); Managing am backup and recovery; and Managing SFTP

Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ Network/ Computing/ Computing Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems administration

3. Experience Linux administration, Nutanix/VMware virtualization, Azure or AWS cloud  environment will be an added advantage.

4. Good knowledge in Cyber Security

Daily Operations for admission matter in RO:

• Check entry criteria and all application documents submitted for adherence to admission

• Verify educational qualifications and other application documents

• Check funding eligibility for each application

• Apply and renew Student’s Pass (STP) for international students and process appeal cases

• Maintain STP record and report by the STP expiry date

• Generate Letter of Offer (LOO) and Standard Student Contract (SSC)

• Ensure student registration data accuracy in Student Profile, Student Management System and Learning Management System

• Ensure student enrolment and completion in ONE@ECDA

• FPS and Student Medical Insurance Management

Transcripts and Records:

• Organize and administer the records, registration, and graduation eligibility for all students.

• Maintain longitudinal data of all students, including the list of graduates in each class, as well as entry and exit data

• Obtain academic records from previous schools

• Prepare certificates and transcripts for students

• Respond to all transcript’s requests from current and alumni

Additional Role:

• Play an active role in new RO initiatives

• Assist in streamlining RO’s processes

• Assist in preparation of RO reports

• Assist in RO SOPs review

• Other ad-hoc Project if any
