Position Overview:

The Senior Course Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the operations of all Government Funded courses. This includes ensuring full compliance with Government regulations, policies, and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence:
o Oversee services related to course submissions, course registration, trainer management, and subsidy claims to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
• Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience managing Government funded courses or working within a training provider environment.
o Minimum 3 years of experience with training quality audits such as EduTrust or TPQA.
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Comprehensive understanding of Government funded course claiming systems.
o Proficiency in Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
o Strong knowledge of compliance and audit standards for funded courses.
• Certifications:
o ACTA/ACLP certification is required.
