The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business travel events team, ensuring the seamless execution of events and travel arrangements from start to finish. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation, and visas
• Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
• To provide administrative / operational support to the department including assisting with event registration and attendee management, answering phone calls creating invoices, and collecting deposits and balance payments from clients.
• To handle queries, requests & feedback from clients with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal departments and external clients.
• To perform any other function as deemed necessary by your immediate superior or management in relation to your function.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and travel and a strong attention to detail. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Candidates with related experience in event management, hospitality, travel and/or airlines industry preferred
• Well-versed in GDS system (preferably Sabre) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused and good team player with the collaborative mindset to drive best outcomes
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel frequently

- develop and direct initiatives to maintain and operate building facilities and systems to meet building operational requirements and ensure safe system operations.

- Other duties include rendering technical assistance with regard to maintenance planning, budgeting for projects and ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness of projects.

- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, project management, good communication skills, good personal-relationship skill

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
