Daycare Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with dogs using positive reinforcement.
- Teach dogs basic commands & enrichment activities
- Dog Safety: 2 staff monitors dog playgroups by reading dog body language
- Dog Walks: 2 staff takes a group of dogs our for walks
- Clean and disinfect facility and vehicles according to protocols
- Feed, clean up after and bathe dogs
– Take pictures and update clients

Driving Duties & Responsibilities:
– Pickup and Drop-off between 8 - 10 dogs daily
- Follow assign transport schedule
- Safely load and unload dogs
– Drive dogs to the dog run or outings

Requirements:
– Willingness to learn positive reinforcement and Force Free Training methods
- Communicate with staff and clients with respect and kindness
– Previous experience with dogs
– Responsible and self driven
– Love to work in a tight-knit team
- Able to use mobile apps such as whatsapp, google maps and google calendar
– Safe driving habits
– Must have driving license (Class 3 or 3A license)

Working hours:
- 5.5 Days per week
- Typical shift time is from 7:20a - 5:00p.
- Shift timings differ slightly each day depending on number of dogs that need transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist day to day warehouse operations
• Assist with receiving goods, inspecting them for damages, and verifying quantities.
• Manage and organize inventory, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with shipping carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness and safe working conditions in the warehouse
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Class 3 driver's license.
• Experience in driving vans and cars.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

PERSONAL CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general office administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist directors with claims submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flight and accommodation bookings for directors and managers.
• Coordinate meetings, office events, and other organizational activities.
• Manage office correspondence, including sorting and filing letters and documents.
• Provide support for daily office tasks and take on additional duties as required.
• Run errands and perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
