· Create training materials, manuals, videos, and online resources that support learning and can be referenced by domestic helpers during their employment.
· Provide training on effective communication skills, helping domestic helpers interact professionally and respectfully with employers and family members.
· Address conflict resolution strategies, teaching domestic helpers how to resolve misunderstandings with employers or other household members respectfully.
· Guide helpers on setting boundaries, managing workloads, and understanding their rights and responsibilities as domestic workers.
· Foster a supportive environment by being available to answer questions, provide advice, and troubleshoot issues domestic helpers may face during their employment.
· Regularly review and update training materials to reflect new trends, best practices, and regulations within the domestic helper industry.
