AHPC Registered Physiotherapist required for a busy, multidisciplinary clinic based in Bukit Timah area.

The applicant should be highly motivated and willing to work the necessary hours suitable for a busy private clinic.

Candidate will be expected to market themselves within the local area and build a consistent patient list. The applicant must be able to integrate within the team of practitioners and be happy to involve themselves in patient discussions, practice meetings as well as other ongoing activities that promote themselves and the clinic.

Candidates will enjoy a relaxed and friendly working environment amongst other highly skilled professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Regular CPD sessions and training is available and continued personal skill and knowledge development is expected.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years post- graduate experience with previous private practice experience preferred but not essential. Applicants must be competent in treating a range of muscloskeletal conditions including, sports injuries, pre and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and work place originated problems. Above all a good attitude and great interpersonal skills are essential.

What you'll be doing

• Assess and treat patients, documenting progress and implementing personalised plans
• Supervise and mentor Therapist Assistants and students, ensuring teamwork and growth
• Ensure accurate patient charges and maintain performance records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise care and contribute to service development
• Oversee equipment inventory and assist with training, departmental talks, and protocol updates

What we're looking for

• AHPC recognised Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience in similar role, preferably in Healthcare setting
• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) will be advantageous

Physiotherapist with Fluent Spoken Japanese required by International medical clinic in Tanglin area. Fluent in both Japanese & English and able to translate for doctors with Japanese patients essential. Good customer service and communication skills required. You will be part of a team of dedicated medical professionals responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our international patients, under the supervision of senior doctors.

You will also play a role in the maintenance of clinical standards and the delivery of MD International’s premium service experience to our patients in an integrated medical setting.

Our Physiotherapist will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to design treatment programmes to help patient with injuries, disabilities and physical impairments, increase their mobility and be independent in their physical activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

· Provide professional consultation and analysis by reviewing patients’ health and medical histories including information on previous injuries, surgeries, general health and lifestyle

· Recommend treatment methods and/or management plans based on diagnosis

· Educate and advise patients on physiotherapy care and rehabilitation exercises and techniques to aid long-term recovery

· Monitor the progression of the patients’ recovery

· Liaise with other healthcare practitioners and refer patients requiring other medical attention

· Build positive patient relationships

· Balancing moderate to high volume patient load with the highest level of patient care

· Providing treatment progress evaluations

· Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Job Requirement :

· Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council

· Recognised Bachelor or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited college

· At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

· Focused on quality patient care

· Possess a high level of integrity

· Must possess a positive attitude towards learning

· Strong interpersonal skills & Good team player

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Required language(s): English, Japanese (Able to liase with Japanese patients)

· Self-driven individual with a positive mindset
