Main Responsibilties

3. Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes.

4. Develop and maintain a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students.

5. Represent company at relevant conferences and events and visit overseas agents and clients to promote our courses and recruit students. (China)

6. Managing the marketing & promotions budget to meet the student targets in the most cost-effective manner.

7. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management.

Planning and Organising

1. Planning marketing and promotions strategies over a 1 – 3 year period and presenting these to management for discussion and agreement.

2. Planning and organising the production of promotional material (print & online) up to one year in advance to ensure that deadlines are met.

3. Planning and execution of communication campaigns for all courses (advertising, direct mailing, CRM) a year in advance to facilitate lead in times of prospective students.

4. Planning, organising and carrying out overseas trips up to a year in advance.

5. Planning the allocation of the annual marketing budget to cover all aspects of the marketing plan that year.

Problem Solving

1. Problem: low student numbers on specific courses. The job holder is responsible for advising other members of the management team of possible solutions and for then implementing them as appropriate.

2. Problem: lack of marketing infrastructure / materials eg information systems. The job holder seeks out possible solutions and implements inline with budget.

Decision Making

1. In general, the job holder identifies and implements key marketing activities as per the marketing strategy. Collaboration is generally sought from the director of the institute on larger projects eg redesign of website, overseas travel.

2. Decides on which publications to advertise in.

This position report to the manager of Urecruit Pte Ltd. Urecruit is a recruitment company specialising in providing medical staff, construction and cleaning foreign staff. This position require for them to follow up customers need for hiring, posting job on various platform, arranging for interview and shortlisting candidates and matching the right candidates for the right job. This position required a highly independant invidual which has vast experiance of managing and handling people, and able to handle high level of multi-tasking and responsive to our customer at all time.

Scope

• Define and manage the Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture artefacts and corresponding target state roadmap within the given functional and technical standards in alignment with the Security Architecture Authority
• Aligns IAM architecture principles with Security Architecture Authority and ensures alignment of the both roadmaps to Security Principles and Architectural Framework. Assesses impact of new requirements and ensures adequate change management and synchronisation between service and function target state
• Work closely with business users and project team members on project initiation, solution design, implementation and post implementation support
• Facilitate the solution design effort and help to develop innovative solutions while complying to existing standards, guidelines and processes
• Plan, design and facilitate workshops to solicit requirements and walkthrough solutions;
• Perform business requirements analysis
• Propose alternate solutions to meet of improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions
• Collaborate with respective IT teams to support the project team to deliver high quality deliverables
• Draft user requirement and functional specifications document together with IT vendors and obtain sign-off
• Verify that user requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases and
• Perform and support pre-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the deliverables before handing over the System for UAT

Requirements:

Minimum Experience Criteria

• Minimum 8-10 years in the Cyber Security area preferably within financial services
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of complex or large IT infrastructure systems and services for Privilege Access Management (PAM)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of complex or large IT infrastructure systems and services
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
• Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Deep experience and understanding (Must have implemented) of Privileged Account Management (PAM) products & technologies like CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault, CA Privileged Access Manager, BeyondTrust Password Safe, CA Xceedium, Red Hat Identity Manager
• Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards and business and information technology management processes
• Hands-on experience in relevant fields such as Windows, Linux RHEL and AIX OS, , OS virtualisation technologies, SAN storage and/or databases
• Administration and Operation of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
• Administration and Operation of Anti-Virus and Endpoint Detection & Response products
• SIEM Experience (Splunk)
• 2FA or Two-Factor Authentication technologies
