Job Description:

• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Willing to work in Site Office
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage

Job Description:

• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.

• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Having experience in the LTA Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in the site office.
• Willing to work 6 days work week

• Converting customers’ artwork files to print-ready files for the machine to print
• Producing goods that fulfill customers’ orders by operating digital print machines
• Editing photos and images for layout
• Checking the digital images, texts, and graphics for any quality issues
• Ensuring production quality by constant communication with the Sales and Project Team

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mac Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Adobe Acrobat DC
• Knowledge in Pre-press preparation and digital printing
• 2 years of experience in the Creative/Printing Industry
• Able to work with tight deadlines and overtime
