Civil Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer may be required.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.

The OE Process Analyst is responsible for improving operational processes and systems to achieve the team's goals. This role involves setting engineering best practices, establishing training standards, and developing monitoring dashboards in collaboration with the OE Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:
• Identify, analyze, and improve operational processes and systems.
• Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Best Practices and Training:
• Establish and document engineering best practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure adherence to standards.
• Dashboard Development:
• Collaborate with the OE Data Analyst to create and maintain performance monitoring dashboards.
• Utilize dashboards to track and analyze process performance.
  

• Proven experience in process analysis, process improvement, or operations engineering.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational best practices.
• Familiarity with creating performance dashboards and tracking KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple process improvement initiatives.

• To ensure that the documented Quality and workplace health and safety (WHS) policies are effectively implemented, maintained and reviewed.
• To ensure the Project Quality and WHS objectives are being met and any discrepancies are being addressed immediately.
• To ensure that the overall phases of the project is effectively coordinated and organized.
• To liaison with the client, consultant, suppliers (sub-contractors) and other relevant authorities on management issues pertaining to the project.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Must have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in project management
• Ability to handle Projects independently.
• Ability to display initiative in execution of tasks and being pro-active in the delivery of tasks
• Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Attention to details and good problem solving skills
