• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement

• Oversee the service rendered by the team to ensure it meets the quality, service, cleanliness and values standards and to address lapses in service quality when necessary

• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical troubleshoot for cash register errors when necessary

• Ensure documentation of all cash shortage and surplus in record book and to tally payment collection

• Act as point of escalation for service crew regarding service issues

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions

PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. Manage day to day print production operations including scheduling, resources and workflow.

2. Ensure that all print production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

3. Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to resolve any issue or challenges that may arise.

4. Develop and implement best practices and new processes to increase efficiency/quality.

5. To report regular updates to the creative heads with regards to the particular project.

6. To follow strict instructions from creative team on specific requirement on each project to ensure the desired result.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners in the print industry both in Singapore and oversea.

8. Manage budget and timelines.

PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER JOB QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET

1. Proficient in spoken and written English/Mandarin.

2. 10 years experience in the print production industry.

3. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, printing techniques or related field.

4. Proficient with print production software and technology.

5. Strong project management and organisational skills.

6. Excellent in negotiation and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Able to train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Able to setup & monitor modelling environment.
