JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions. He/She typically comes from an engineering background with work experience in prodcution and/or design. He/She able to translate project requirements into specifications for materials, equipment and services to procure.

He/She should be comfortable engaging and interacting with vendors and other external parties, to fulfil his/her responsibilities in coordinating vendor selection processes, maintaining vendor contract records and databases, and following up on vendors' deliverables.

We are looking for part time Executive Director. The Executive Director is the key management leader of SWA. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Required Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience, preferably within the non-profit sector.

3. Proven leadership and management experience.

4. Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

6. Strong public speaking ability.

7. Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff
