Job Description

The incumbent is the first point-of-contact for SCAL members and is responsible for growing and servicing SCAL’s membership base of Ordinary, Associate, Trade, Individual, and Student (OATIS) members, and members in the Singapore List of Trade Subcontractors (SLOTS), and provide value-added membership services.

Accreditation Executive

The Accreditation Executive plays a critical role in ensuring that the schemes meet the required standards, maintain compliance, improve the operations as well as the outreach to targeted persons/companies.

The role will require the Executive to manage the respective accreditation programs – this involves outreach, implementing accreditation policies, procedures, and standards that comply with the approved framework.

This includes but not limited to reviewing the applications and ensure that they meet the required criteria, as well as compliance with the set standards, providing guidance and support to personnel seeking accreditation, answering any questions they may have and provide assistance with the application process. The executive will also need to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all accreditation activities, including applications and compliance reports.

The executive will be required to outreach to the industry, liaise with various stakeholders, including accreditation panel, regulatory agencies (where applicable), and industry players, to ensure compliance with standards and promote the accreditation programmes.

3. Carry out regular stoctake to ensure physical stock and inventory system is the same.

Purpose of Job

The Programme Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting and evaluating programmes. He/She will be assigned to managed programmes under one of the following programme categories:

• Empowering Women. Serving lower-income women through education, employment and enterprises

• Empowering Young Women. Serving NEET (not in education, employment and training) youth through education and employment

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to be part of the team that drives holistic partnerships towards better quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families. This role is critical in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to secure partnerships and grow the movement towards an inclusive community.

The position will play a key role in supporting/leading:

• Establishment/maintenance of strategic partnerships that align with MINDS' mission and partners' ESG and philanthropic goals. This includes driving sustained volunteerism and fundraising initiatives to support MINDS services/programmes.
• Tentpole fundraising and awareness campaigns, including events and initiatives.

You will support Group Nursing in the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of projects and initiatives in alignment with Group Nursing’s Strategic Plan. You will manage the operational and administrative functions, prepare reports, and utilise analytics to evaluate project effectiveness. You will be assigned to support different projects. You will support the initiatives and projects arising from the SingHealth Sterile Services Shared Services, SingHealth Perioperative Nursing Council, and Nursing Operations Shared Service or you will support SingHealth Nursing Serious Game initiatives where you are required to analyse game data to identify areas that needs improvements, support the nursing operational arm for one Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and manage the administration of Nursing councils and training awards for nurses.

You will act as the main liaison between different institutions to facilitate the smooth running of cluster nursing initiatives and coordinate with training course providers and SingHealth nurses on registration for approved nursing courses. You will handle, track, and oversee the disbursement of award funding. You will also be involved in planning the annual SingHealth Nursing events and coordinate grant calls/award calls nominations.
