Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood and responded to in a timely manner.
• Clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
• Management of budget, schedules and project status.
• End-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third party costs, onsite event management, etc.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication, including tracking RSVPs, managing ticket sales, and responding to inquiries.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines and budgets to ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed seamlessly.
• Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules and plans.
• Collaborate with creative and projection teammates to ensure the integrity of work.
• Support Account Managers to build the agency’s account portfolio through new business pitches.

Requirements：

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in an events, marketing or creative agency.

Role Purpose

The Community Engagement Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships to support caregivers’ and seniors’ needs. Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development

• Managing a small team to identify, engage, and sustain partnerships with sector stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, community organizations, corporates, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop programs, services, and initiatives tailored to the needs of caregivers and seniors.
• Develop partnership agreements and monitor partnership performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Caregiver Support Program Initiatives

• Lead or support the design, execution, and evaluation of programs that address the practical, emotional, and informational needs of caregivers.
• Work closely with caregivers and sector partners to gather feedback and identify gaps in support services.

3. Community Outreach and Engagement

• Organize outreach events, workshops, and forums to raise awareness of caregiver support resources and CWA’s role in the caregiving ecosystem.

4. Research and Advocacy

• Stay informed about trends, policies, and innovations in aged care and caregiving.

5. Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison between CWA and its partners, ensuring strong, productive relationships.
• Represent CWA at external meetings, networking sessions, and sectoral forums.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, healthcare management, public relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or program management within the social service, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication, including presentation skills.

Introduction

The Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC) is home to a community of doctoral, postdoctoral and professorial researchers working in three main programmes: Future Cities Laboratory, Future Resilient Systems, and Future Health Technologies. The centre provides a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment to researchers working on diverse themes, with the shared vision of translating research to practical solutions for more sustainable and liveable cities, resilient physical and social urban systems, and patient-centric healthcare systems.

Project background

In collaboration with the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), Duke - NUS, the National Health Group (NHG), National University Health System (NUHS), and SingHealth, SEC runs a research program on "Future Health Technologies (FHT)". In this programme, multidisciplinary teams develop a future-oriented mobile digital health concept which combines scientific and technological innovations with clinical, industry and other stakeholder needs. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Leveraging on scalable digital technologies, the team aims to transform the healthcare system towards a community-based and patient-centric model along the continuum of care. Within this framework we are announcing the following job opening. The workplace is Singapore.This role is Singapore-based and positioned within the leadership team of FHT. The position is highly related to collaborating with entire FHT and SEC team. Collaboration and cooperation are key skills.

Job description

The scope of work shall comprise of but shall not be limited to:

Personnel Management (in collaboration with SEC's HR team and FHT management team)

• Prepare, check, coordinate and take responsibility of the hiring processes for FHT with SEC HR
• Manage personnel database and report generation
• Support FHT PIs and researchers on various administrative tasks (eg: contract extensions/changes, new hiring etc).
• Prepare documentation related to hiring, visits and contract extension of relevant stakeholders.

Infrastructure Management (in collaboration with relevant FHT and SEC teams)

• Manage the infrastructure and resource requirements in the FHT work spaces
• Manage FHT software and hardware requirements with SEC IT
• Organise and manage Assets
• Manage purchase of assets for FHT

Other tasks

• Manage day to day operations to run the programme smoothly with FHT team
• Strategizes process improvements along with the FHT team
• Communicate with CREATE building management teams to coordinate room bookings and IT arrangements for meetings
• Assist in meeting logistics (ex: coordinating guests, arranging food/IT etc logistics) as needed during meetings and events
• Assist FHT in simple Finance tasks where needed
