As a Fab 10 Facilities Operations Transformation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our Facilities Operations to support our advanced memory and AI applications. You will lead multiple exciting programs aimed at improving team productivity and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of plant utilities and facilities services, operating 24/7 to support Fab Production. Your innovative mentality and passion will drive continuous improvement through data, automation, and enhanced operational strategies. You will have opportunities to work with people from various backgrounds and different responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Drive improvements to all existing and future Operations programs, coordinating with all Facilities system owners from all sites in Fab 10.
• Lead Post Incident Review (PIR) processes to prevent facilities supply interruptions and ensure smooth execution of critical work through the Site Incident Prevention Plan (SIPP).
• Spearhead labor productivity improvement projects, using business process improvement and automation in daily operations.
• Area Quality Coordinator (AQC), leading quality improvement programs, includes: problem-solving, quality champion, and human deviation reduction.
• Represent Fab 10 in Global Facilities AQC and Operational forums to handle, lead, and facilitate all Global Facilities operations and quality programs.
• Learn and drive improvement to Facilities daily operations, including but not limited to:
• Supervise and handle facilities equipment's and system through FMCS or equivalent, like Life safety system.
• Respond swiftly to abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general and raise it to relevant parties accordingly.
• Reponse and restore facilities services in a timely manner to minimize interruption to production or the site
• Support and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities systems and facilities-related work activities.
• Follow up on incidents or service interruptions with system owners.
• Coordinate and connect with internal and external parties for facilities operation-related activities.
• Support the shift operations ERT (Emergency Response Team).
• Support Facilities Operation meetings with the Facilities Operations Manager.
• Coordinate, handle, and improve the work permit system.
• Act as a backup for the Site Operations Manager’s functional scope if required.
• Prepare and consolidate operation reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls and Instrumentation) or equivalent experience.
• Have experience with Facilities systems in Semiconductor Industry
• Experience and familiarity with data analytics/automation software such as: Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Python, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize and handle workload.
• Fluent digital literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, database.
• Team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional environment and the ability to develop long term partnership across teams.

Job Description

• Able to read design drawings and operate generator control panel and switchgear.
• Able to plan and arrange commissioning work at site.
• Design customized power generator control circuits with PLC programming, networking, HMI and switchgear layout.
• Work closely with Service Engineers to handle factory test in workshop and commissioning at customer's site.
• Provide assistance to Sales Engineers in technical specification and attending technical meetings at customer's site.
• Able to support and troubleshoot control issues through phone and email, remotely.
• Able to coordinate with Site Engineers and Superintendents on site commissioning.
• To handle factory internal testing in workshop.
• To handle Factory Acceptance Test in workshop in the presence of customer.
• Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers.
• Coordinate with customer for technical issues to meet customer's technical requirements.
• Able to support and troubleshoot programming issues throught remote internet/computer device.
• Monitor projects through completion, providing corrections, modifications or assistance to other department as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience in either power generation controls and/or electrical switchgear or automation control.
• Proven experience with low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear design, control panel development, and power system studies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, E3, or other CAD tools.
• Demonstrate above-average electrical engineering skills, preferably within the power generation industry or closely related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
• Generator control knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating documentation and liaising with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex electrical design challenges.
• Experience in PLC and HMI (touchscreen and/or IPC) programming.
• Knowledge in network communication and SCADA is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, drawings, prints or similar job write-up.
• Willing to travel overseas as frequent global site visits is expected.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts (ex. NG Firewall, NG IPS, ZeroTrust, etc.), technologies, and best practices
• Consistent track record in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred
• Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP etc. and/or a Cisco CCIE Security will be very highly regarded
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
• Proven ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

Air Conditioning Engineers are responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

They use their expertise in HVAC systems, thermodynamics and mechanical engineering principles to provide indoor climate control.

Their main duties and responsibilities include:

• Conducting site surveys to ascertain the suitable air conditioning requirements
• Designing and installing air conditioning systems in line with client needs and industry standards
• Performing regular maintenance checks to ensure that systems are functioning efficiently

Responsibilities

1. Work with business development, Engineering, system test and external customers to gather information and develop RF Test plans, specifications for product under test.
2. Perform RF testing using test equipment such as spectrum analyzer, noise figure meter, power meter, network analyzers, and signal generators.
3. Assembling/debugging the RF test system and device under test.
4. Hands on troubleshooting and repair of RF product till component level using RF and digital measurement tools & equipment.
5. Analyze test data and provide reports on yield.
6. Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing and debugging.
7. Assist in the development of new RF testing methodologies and best practices.
8. Do simple antenna parametric radiation measurement

Requirements

· Diploma /Bachelor in Electronics or Communication Engineering, or equivalence

· Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a product-based electronics manufacturing environment / product development.

Skills, Experiences & Knowledge

· Experience in automating test and measurements using bench test equipment.

· Knowledge of programming software in C, C#, Python or LabView.

· Experience with PCB design software

· Experience in antenna parameter measurement

· Preferably with soldering experience

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
