RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
• Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
• Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
• Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
• Performing and monitoring daily data backup
• Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
• Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 1 year of experience in related field
• Min. Diploma in Computer Studies/Science or related field of study
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel according to the standards and procedures set by the hotel management
• Assign housekeeping and maintenance staff their roles and duties; inspect work for conformance and ensure compliance
• Monitor forecasted occupancy and ensure adequate manpower for cleaning of checkout rooms
• Maintain proper housekeeping/ maintenance records of activities/events such as Lost and Found, Inventory, Rooming Lists
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately store, recorded and properly maintained
• Supervise and train staff to prescribed hotel standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
