Job Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To conduct inspections related to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) to ensure regulatory compliance. This will include retails outlets, central kitchens, cookhouses, food manufacturing sites, etc.

2. To conduct WSH training to the relevant business units (Bus) and corporate functions (CFs).

3. To conduct risk assessment (RA) for internal stakeholders.

4. To develop safe work procedres (SWPs) for internal stakeholders.

5. To maintain and enhance the BizSafe Management system for Food Services BU.

6. To provide technical support to the stakeholders to ensure compliance to WSH regulations.

7. To investigate WSH incidents where appropriate and provide technical advisory to address the root causes(s).

8. To provide management support for the regular WSH Committee meeting.

9. To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or any related qualifications.

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.

• At least 2 years of relevant WSH working experience.

Job Purpose/Role

You will work as a mortgage sales specialist with the following scope:

(a) Sales - Turning inbound lead inquiries into successful loan applications;

(b) Mortgage Loan Finance Consultancy - Explain the overarching strategy with solutions and how it would benefit the client in multiple what-ifs scenarios;

Key Responsibilities

This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure customer requirements relating to their home loans are correctly understood, and thereafter provide a direct solution to the customer.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business
• Know how to upsell / cross-sell & retain customers based on customers’ needs

Required Experience/Skills

Position comes with up to 3 month probation period, where you will be trained and paid a Basic Salary + Commissions. Thereafter you will be transitioned to a full commission-based renumeration.

Responsibilities:

• Support preparation, reconciliation, and upload of manual adjustments
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS), Data Management Office (DMO), etc. in identification and remediation of the root causes to help eliminate the need for manual adjustments
• Assist in generation of daily liquidity reports from the new system (RegInsight) and reconciliation against current production reports to highlight differences and support investigation/remediation of these differences
• Support pre- and post-production analysis of reports (e.g. trend analysis, variance analysis, etc.)
• Involved in report automation projects, performing activities like data analysis, solutioning, testing, etc

Requirements:

• Degree holder with strong regulatory reporting experience
• Highly proficient in VBA, PowerBI
