Responsibilities:

Overall role is responsible for the business development, bidding, project management, validation, QA/QC compliance to GMP standards and Testing & Commissioning Capabilities.

Main KPI should be targeting Biopharma and Life Science green/brown field projects & major A&A tenders within SEA.

Building a solid relationship with BLS customers and developing a strategic roadmap to get pre-qualified for tenders.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or equivalent

· Must be well connected and experience in Biopharma Life Science space in Singapore and APAC region.

· Will be instrumental to penetrate into BLS, take the lead in tendering all the way to securing a win.

· After winning, lead the project as a sponsor to ensure project delivery are all in proper and continue to pursue new opportunity in the market space

· Total work experience: 15+ years of independent project management of comparable magnitude and complexity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, contract management, and scheduling.

Skills:
