Responsible for operations within assigned stations, administration and profitability of the bar. This includes the preparation and presentation of all beverages in conformance to product and performance standards, maintaining of operating equipment’s, provide sound suggestions and up selling of food and beverage, and engaging guests in professional and friendly conversations.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge and gives direction to the entire service team, and ensuring adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize on labour potential.
• Have a “hands on” approach leading as an example for his team striving for the optimum guests satisfaction at all times and building relevant contacts in the market (guests and industry players).
• Develop and train team members to create a dynamic and performant environment whilst achieving the team member’s satisfaction goals.
• Continually focus on achieving outlet profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls.
• Analyse current market trends and constantly look for opportunities to develop the business through creativity and efficient promotional activities.

• Work closely with the restaurant service team and the chefs in order to deliver luxury service in the dining area
• Play a leading role in the creation and organisation of F&B events and work closely with the relevant teams including S&M team to organize events professionally and smoothly.
• Update regularly the par stocks for accurate levels according to the activity and F&B promotions.
• Create the Bar Standard Operating Procedures and update them regularly.
• Analyse the operation and the P&L monthly statement and revert with analytic comments for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guests' feedback promptly.
• Ensures proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment.
• Supervises the storage and operational area, ensuring that the outlet(s) are clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitors staff grooming, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure strict adherence to the standards of quality service.
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as directed by the management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience of similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Extensive beverage and cocktail bar service operations knowledge
• In-depth working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• In-depth working knowledge of beverage cost control procedures
• Able to lead and motivate the team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, with a keen eye for quality control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build on the strength of the Group, make strategic partnerships, acquisitions and divestments to provide growth and satisfactory returns to shareholders.

· Strengthen company’s existing good relationship with principals.

· Bring in products that complements the existing business and business strategy

· Deliver the Global Group’s financial targets

· Monitor BU performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and action, if necessary, is taken.

REQUIREMENTS

· A successful track record of sales and marketing achievements with reputable organisations

· At least 15 years of senior management experience

· Extensive regional sales management experience covering Asia

· Strong general management skills.

· Excellent people management skills are essential

· Experience in FMCG or marina business is helpful but not essential

· Tertiary educated.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections
• Lead project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities Review inspection and testing reports
• Issue NCRs, propose corrective action in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
• Review, approve and maintain QAQC related documentation
• Other duties as assigned and able to work with minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant site project experience in QA/QC roles for construction projects
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Experience with CONQUAS
• Experience with Constructability Score
• Experience with Green Mark Certification
• Able to liaise with workers/Clients, Consultant, Main Con colleagues, subcon and suppliers on QA/QC works and protocols at site

2. Liase with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects
