About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Visitor Relations Officers (VROs) to conduct guided tours at a gallery. As a VRO, you will engage visitors by providing insightful and informative tours, ensuring their safety, and assisting with various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct guided tours for visitors based on approved scripts (in English and Chinese).

● Manage crowds in front of the Information Counter.

● Report any physical defects of the exhibits to the Gallery Management Officer (GMO).

● Be deployed for various miscellaneous tasks (e.g., safe distancing, temperature screening, setting up barricades, tents, etc.) as needed.

Job Requirements:

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in tour guiding or a related field.

● Diploma qualification in any discipline.

● Obtain First-Aid and AED certification within two months from the start of deployment.

● Pass an assessment prescribed by the Board for conducting tours within 6 weeks of starting.

Additional Information:
