Position Overview:

The Investor Relations Director is a key figure in strengthening and managing relationships with potential and current investors. This role is responsible for developing and implementing investor engagement strategies, building and maintaining strong investor relationships, and presenting investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive investor engagement strategies to attract and secure investments.
• Identify and engage with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions.

• Handle full set of accounts

• Manage daily OT scheduling and finalize OT listing for timely dissemination

• Manage After Office Hour (AOH) OT schedule

Key Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship:

· Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day to day affairs, with supervision where

necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken in a professional manner;

Requirements
