· This is a newly created role as company plans to set up a Shared Services

· Department.

· The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is responsible for leading and

· managing the Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable (AP) team to deliver quality

· services and improve the overall efficiency of AP operations.

· Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead the establishment of a Finance Accounts Payable Shared Services

· Department in Singapore.

·  Proactively manage and monitor the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) function to

· drive accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.

· Qualification and Experience

·  Qualified ACCA / CA with at least 8 years’ experience in Finance and 3 years’

· experience in a leadership role

• Prepare the annual budget forecast and monthly management reports.
• Prepare lease offers and agreements; coordinate with solicitors.
• Handle arrears management and general tenancy operations.
• Submit applications and work with authorities on lease matters.
• Address tenancy-related concerns, fit-outs, and compliance.
• Work with finance on rental billing, deposit refunds, and property taxes.
• Manage handover and reinstatement of premises.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail building
• Must be a qualified CEA
• Proficient in marketing and lease negotiations.
