About the Role

The Reservations Officer responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms. Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external partners on the shipment of equipment and materials to project sites.
• Partner with transportation vendors for all inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Monitor and track all deliveries and shipments to ensure that they arrive on schedule.
• Communicate with internal and external partners on any changes to transportation deadlines and delays or any issues pertaining to the shipment goods.

In 2020 we joined forces with major Japanese trading house Marubeni to operate the world’s largest dry bulk Panamax pool, managed by MaruKlav Management Inc, where data insights, machine learning models and analytics are a main driver for decision making and position of the fleet, leveraging on both organisations to improve earnings.

4 years since inception of the JV we are seeing steady volumes and satisfactory earnings paid back to the Pool members. In the role you will be a part of the Torvald Klaveness’ Dry Bulk Business Unit. Klaveness Dry Bulk is largely seen leading digital operator and pool manager business models in the Panamax market with offices in Oslo, Singapore, Dubai, Manila and soon also Japan. Required Qualifications and experience:

The WSHE Officer is responsible for carrying out all the environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
