In this role, you’re expected to:

• Responsible for documentation review and system setups. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
• Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all Client Data Maintenance functions, as well as delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer issues.
• Performs day to day management of the account maintenance processes including oversight of volume allocation, day-end checksupdating of internal processes and checklists as well as delivery high quality service to internal partners.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• At least 3 years of experience in Client Onboarding/Client Data Maintenance focusing on Documentation Review and Static Data set-up.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment.
• Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, delivering accurate and helpful information.
